Marty. On my '68 300, the rear lift blocks are 2 1/4", front to back. They are sitting on perches on top of the axle. Why the 1/4", I don't know, but that's what they measured. Of course, this truck is not garaged, and I was laying on a piece of plywood on top of snow at 10 degrees above zero with a flashlight with a dying battery. =) If you need a picture or more info, I can get if for you tomorrow.
