... I was just fiddling around with a used Chinese go-cart which was having some problems with its 6 hp Chinese engine. Turns out that the engine is a knock-off of a 196cc Honda, and the problem seemed like the electronic magneto/ignition module. So I go online, and they cost like $55-$60. Needs a new spark plug too, and a recoil starter.
So I go over to Harbor Freight to see about parts because all regular shops are closed. They don't have any, of course, but on my way out... hey, what's that? Why, it's a brand new complete Chinese 196cc engine on sale for $129. Sold. Hardly pays to do a tune-up in today's throw-away world.
