Good discussions are worth the bandwidth.
Its a timely topic. Lots of differing views whether you are a buyer, or a seller. eBay is unique, auction format but not an auction in the traditional sense. I've come to terms with the fact that the most action occurs in the last minute, and probably in the last 10 seconds, so you have to adjust to those facts. And I know auctions get ended early for a lot of different reasons, including contacting the seller, and offering to buy the item outside of eBay.
I like the new feedback system better than the old. At least I feel I can be honest about the seller, without fear of retribution. I don't like the "PayPal only" payment method. For the most part, its still a good place to buy and sell, and find a lot of good stuff.
