Anyway, Dodge calls for DD-1241-JD. I picked up an OTC 1928 2/916" spindle nut socket. It's a thin wall socket with round corners, I don't think a standard socket has a chance in there.
Per the 99 FSM, tighten the nut to 120-140 ft./lbs while rotating the wheel, then back it off 1/8 turn. Tap the clip into the spindle keyway, making sure that it's in a new position.
