NY has everything nailed down as tight as the lid on a sardine can when it ocmes to buildings, all statutized and codified and enforced by complete idiots. Thewrefore, I invented the fully compliant NotA building.
It is Not subject to permitting.
It is NOT subject to zoning.
It is NOT taxable.
It is NOT anchored to the ground.
It is NOT permanently connected to electric, water or gas.
NotA building IS the easily movable portable enclosure system. NotA building has been personally touched by the Assessor, measured by the assessor, and entered by the Assessor. He looked like he was chewing on a turd when he had to admit it was NOT a building, and NOT subject to any regulation.
I reminded him I had taken time to read the regulations he had to operate under.
NotA mark2.3 is 20 x 12 8 feet high, steel construction and will have a biflod access port on one end as well as the sliding access port on one side.
