I think the statute here requires it to be an enclosed building. However, a leanto off my shop, enclosed with tarps might be an option. The number of unregistered trucks here at the moment is 13, but a lot of them are waiting for me to get around to parting them out. Maybe I need to step up the efforts! Scrap prices are in the toilet now, so if I part them out I will end up with a pile of scrap which I feel looks way worse than a complete truck.
