Looks like an un-armored splash shield for amphibious use, the driver would sit up higher for better view. Maybe good for highway speeds too.
Otherwise, I'll sell the 24v electric wipers separately. Looks like HD Bosch single speeds, maybe good for M-37s? Boats?
I bought them from GL/Camp Pendleton because they're supposedly steel frames, the pic looked jut like the operable frames for FFPWs. I though the corners might be usable as repair parts. Turns out to be rubber, even has a joint that looks like the little strip to hid the joints on a ffpw. Oh well, I pays my money, and takes my chances.
They come with some kind of senser glued to the inside of the window. Know what that is?
