well we can blame the gov, or the ceos or both . I blame both. I dont blame asia it is our policies that allow imbalance in trade. asia is just being opportunistic and irresponsible. you can't expect imperialistic and communist nations to be resposible for keeping world trade in balance. look where the last 40 years of the phony free market BS has led us! we let it happen. look at the geniuses on wall street today. even greenspan admitted his whole lifetime of thinking has been wrong. He said he thought the A holes at the top of the heap would be resposible! ha! Ever since the power shifted away from the innovators in the sixties to the pencil neck CFOs, CEOs, and hedge fund managers it has all been unwinding to this point.
