The US Census says there are 217.8 Million people 18 or older in the US as of 2003.

That drops the per person total to $390 give or take a $0.25.

I have seen this text before, it all sounds great until you ask, "where did enough money for $425,000 per person over 18 come from?" It is not like the high school kids working at McDonalds pay $410,000 each in taxes!

Average salary (by one measure) is $36,764, take 30% for taxes (again just a rough number) and you have the average person paying about $11,000 in taxes. Obviously there is no way $425,000 is coming out of that.
