Kinda reminds me of the 68 gun control act.The guncommies say it was to stop the sale of arms in the way that Oswald got his carcano. If that was the case they would have not waited til 68 to push the darn bill through. Poeple were buying surplus garrands and springfields instead of new winchesters and remingtons. Steve
