I also can not believe the rhetoric I am hearing here. This is not what I expected of my fellow PW friends. I really need time to think about the ignorance and racism going on in this pages.
Look beyond your borders, the world is celebrating your new President. This is not just about a black man winning. I see a charismatic leader that your country hasn't seen since the days of JFK.
Our western worlds need leaders with passion and thoughfulness and this may be him.
You talk about hanging onto your guns until they drag them from your cold dead hands. Bullshit, look around my friends. The world is in this bloody mess because of guns and greed.
I don't say this lightly as I do believe in defending our rights with deadly force if necessary, but it must be done only when absolutley necessary.
I am sorry if I am coming on too strongly, but some of the comments in the forum have me concerned.
