Fender Removal 1975

Hey I'm trying to swap some fenders off of a 1975 Dodge W-100 and seem to have something hanging me up. Everywhere is loose except the top of the fender by the windshield. Is there a bolt under the cowl that I'm missing and if so what is the trick to getting the windshield wiper arms off? Any help would be appreciated.
