If so they go back the same way you take them apart.
Some times taking them apart the rubber sticks to the steel. If you undo the rim bolts so that you top out the threads(top of nut is even with top of stud) all you need to do is add air till the grip on rubber/steel pops.
I would try to use the old flaps and tubes, they are thicker and better quality than the new stuff.
If you are unsafe about doing it take them to a good truck tyre shop, they can do it for a cost.
