Disc Brake Swap

I recently bought a '75 D-100 Power wagon that has disc brakes on the front. I was wondering how easy it would be to swap the disc brakes over to my '74' D-100 to do away with the drum brakes on the front. The '75 is a full time 4x4 and the '74 has lock-in/lock-out hubs. Any help would be appreciated.
