... stop on a dime. They carry hundreds of gallons of water, which really affectes their handling a lot. That's why the first one tipped over, the water basically pulled it over. You can see the water pouring out of the vent after the crash.

An engineer and and engine officer somewhere have a real creer problem tonight.
