Idont know about the diesel fuel, but I am sure you rember the little glass sediment bowl under the gas tanks of a lot of gas engines, and how they would fill up with water and freeze and brake the bowl.Well an old chemist said to put a MOTHBALL in the sediment bowl and that the mothball will evaporate the water ,well it really works .
