not NDT, but I bought a set of four COOP Grip Spur tires at the local coop...Old wheels and tires got dropped off, came back with new tires and tubes, total cost was under $900 and almost any truck tire place will mount for you.
Just got a spare wheel last week, now hanging in barn after heavy duty wire brushing (cup wheel on angle head) and a coat of cheap black paint. Will put a top coat of OD and have a fifth grip spur mounted as a spare...
