Actually Gehl owns Mustang having bought them 10 years ago. They have their own identities but I have no experience with Gehl other than they are an established company. Tom is right about the Bobcat electronics. Case is good machine, the Deere I ran seemed like it had sloppy lift arms even on a newer low hour machine. A local paving company had 26 Cat machines and in talking with the operators they said they got stuck in most situations. They are all Case for now. For attachments if you are doing a lot of cleanup work especially limbs and trash then get a grapple bucket. One of the handiest attachments I've got next to the forks. Without attachments you are only using a potion of the machine's capabilities. I'm thinking my next loader will be a track machine.
