Oil presure toooo high

My TW with a 318 poly is running 75psi oil presure. It has a spin on filter adaptor. I put a cam and oil pump in it. Thought I'd see how it ran before I did a total rebuilt. Runs great. But 75 psi ! I think thats what causeing the oil leak.
