If it's an M43, I have one that I'm restoring, and can help you with whatever I know something about. There are quite a few around in various stages of restoration or decomposition. If it's an M43, the slant 6 was a swap. TM 9-2320-212-20 covers the M43 along with the M37. It includes the wiring diagram for the M43 (fig 2-62). Some of the special ambulance stuff is covered along with other special-purpose bodies and accessories in section 3 at the back of the TM.
