Sounds like a good truck, Brian. I really like both of my Dodge CTDs. Something about the sound of those early Cummins engines....If I am not mistaken, the '94 was the first (or second) year of what is known as the 2nd generation engines. I really like the absence of computers on them. First thing to do is order a 4" MBRP straight pipe kit, or at least cut the muffler off and weld a piece of pipe in. JH
