word of caution ,long time ago when i had money i used to hide it in mason jars > Older mason sealer lids were made glass of your money was safe especialy buried in the ground dont forget the rubber seal a very important part > When the cheaper lids made out of tin came along using mason jars is not a good idea.> With in 3 months of being in the ground the lids start to rust out. the older galvanized "rings" and glass lids hold up very well . clint is right on about the map
