It appears that you have to take the entire lot (all 387). You also have to register with the State of Texas environmental something or rather. My guess is that if they are staying in the state of Texas that they don't want them becoming a breeding ground for mosquitoes or some such.

Generally you have a short window to remove items and you have to do all of the work, no assistance other than standing and pointing to the location and acting inconveinenced is given.
