drilling rivets and pulling the crossmembers

well, I started to do a simple fix up of the dodge, but now the body is off and I am preparing the frame for blasting. At this point I think I am all in and have to take the rivets out to get all the rust. I want to do it right, so am I crazy or going down the right path. I am open to suggestions for how to take the rivets out the easiest way.
