ALWAYS write the Ebay item number on the bottom so they can not dispute that is what is for. You have them dead to rights then.Even if you didn't, you should be fine though since you have the exact amount given that is on there invoice. That is VERY low of them. If you get the EX again a taperecorder would help you out as well to nail her. Kevin
