Yes, WDX-WM300 Power-Wagon, same wheel bearings and hub seals front and rear. Also, same hubs, brake drums, differential 3rd members, brake backing plates, brake shoes and cylinders (left and right are different). Note that the rear hubs take special wheel bearing adjuster jam nuts for the outer oil seal to seal against.

I am not that familiar with all of the military 1/2-ton and 3/4-ton versions, but I believe their parts are interchangable front to rear also.

Shock absorbers were different from front to rear. I have not seen any difference in length, but the rears had stone guards spot welded to the shock body. The fronts did not. No reason the modern replacements should not work on either end.
