Condition of the frame was "good" I had some small perforations, 10inch section on outside was "poor" but holding. Ends were it comes together were split, but with extended bars I built everything was aligned and when primed looked almost "new". Inner chanel was solid all around. When I went to the glass shop they readily accepted the job. Picked it up next day. First thing I see glass is too big / gaps at frame junctions, glass is sitting in bare metal with seal glue all around. I said: No good, make glass smaller put it with tape or gasket and then, seal around with polyurethane. Took them four days to do it. When finnaly I got the frame back, from repeated diassembly they split ends more, glass has crack in the corner, ends not aligned, weather strip not installed, glass again too big, they squized it in the farme, I feel it is "stresed" and will crack with first pothole I will hit. Frustrated and almost weeping I took it to another shop. Had to pay 200$ in the first shop. My biggest fear they broke inner channel trying to set the glass. I have to wait Tuesday to find out. Thats it.
