Too wide... Plus, I don't think the frame could handle the torque. Even the new Dodges and Fords have different, bigger frames for the diesel trucks. That 4-banger Cummins looks like it is the best fit from what I have seen. Heck, the Power Stroke wouldn't even fit in the more modern W-series trucks (61-93).
