{{Does anyone know of a source for a 12 volt, positive ground, electric fuel pump? I have a B-series Mack fitted with an electric pump that failed. The bad pump was actually for a negative ground system, and was mounted in an insulated fashion, using a high-tech material (called inner tube rubber) as the insulator.}}

My '52 PW has an electric fuel pump on it and has been converted to 12 volts. The pump I'm using has two wires. One for the ground and one for the power. I would assume if you wired them in reverse from a negative ground system, it would work just fine.

My last over the road run was in a "B" model Mack back around 1975 or so. It was a rather elderly truck at the time being a 50's vintage but it ran fine. The biggest hassel was getting out every 50 to 60 miles or so and beating on the radiator shutters to get them open as the snow was holding them shut.
