I have been looking at replacing the cable on my W500's winch. It currently has 1/2" fiber core wire rope on it and all of the replacements I have found that size are only rated for 4200 lbs.. The winch is rated for 10,000 lbs. so there has to be something that I am missing here. Any help in learning about the proper replacement cable would be greatly appreciated.
