Sept.22 thru Sunday, Sept 24. 2000 PAT & WANDA'S FOURTH ANNUAL TAIL-GATE PARTY & SWAP MEET
When: Friday, Sept.22 thru Sunday, Sept 24. 2000. If you wish to arrive earlier and get in more trail riding, visiting, or relaxing> Feel free to arrive anytime after 8:00 AM, Thursday, Sept21.

Where : At our country place about 13 miles southeast of Brownwood, Texas.
(See attached map below.)

What: A gathering of folks who share an interest in vintage Dodge Power Wagons and former military vehicles of all kinds.

RSVP: If you are planning to come to drop Pat a note, email, or call and let him know when you are coming, and how many. It will help with plans for breakfast and bar b q.

This is a family activity. We want everyone to enjoy themselves. There is no schedule of activities. Trail rides, hiking, wading in the creek (Provided we get some rain between now and meeting time!), picnicking, or just relaxing and doing nothing are all "approved" activities. As stated, we want you to have a good time. There are no "registration" or other fees but everyone will be asked to sign a "Liability Release" form. Breakfast will be provided Saturday and Sunday mornings and a Bar-B-Q supper is planned for Saturday evening. Voluntary donations will be accepted to help cover food and other costs. There is plenty of room for camping. Tents, motor homes, travel trailers are all welcome. Water will be provided (bring your own containers) but there is no running water or bathing facilities. Porta-Potties will be provided. Electricity is available, bring your own extension cord. A list of local motels is provided for those who prefer not to "rough-it". Motel reservations should be made ASAP.

If you plan to bring items for the swap meet, please plan to use your tail-gate or bring your own tables. Commercial vendors are welcome. Emphasis should be placed on Dodge WC, M37 etc., and civilian PW parts as that is where most attendees interests will be. The swap meet promises to be bigger and better than ever with several vehicles being offered for sale or trade in addition to the usual items. A limited amount of indoor space and covered outdoor space is available, first come, first served.
