How streetable is the PW swivel frame? I've learned that a stiff connection between front and rear suspensions is important for good handling, so it would seem the swivel frame would be at a disadvantage. But is it a big enough disadvantage that it cannot be driven on the street? Is there something I'm not understanding about the mechanics of the swivel frame design?
