They weigh about 130 lbs with full tread mounted on the Dodge split rims. They are 38.7" tall new, 10.9"wide, have a load capacity of 4520 lb @ 80 psi or 4805 @ 91 psi. I'd run them at 35 psi on a M37 or Power Wagon unless a big load in the rear is anticipated, they should give an excellent ride.
They can cost anywhere from $300 on up new.
