How many leaves in a spring set?

It's time to get new front springs for my C1PW. I have added a winch to this truck, 250 pounds worth of MU2 I reckon. Should I add leaves when I get new spring stacks made? Did trucks with winches originally come with more leaves than the non-winch trucks?
