Try Army Surplus Warehouse in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Dana Collins has 9.00 x 20 tire chains for 2 1/2 ton trucks for reasonable prices. You can easily cut them down for 9.00 x 16 tires. I am pleased with the 2 sets that I got from him. Call 208-529-4753 or go to www.armysurpluswarehouse.com.
