I seen this topic mentioned before and your help is appreciated. What is a practical tire diameter that is still managable with manual steering ? I am swapping in a 1 ton drivetrain under my 3/4 T B1C 2WD (rear end had been switched out to 1/2T ). Sixteen inch split rims, 6 bolt lugs all around with a 4.3 rear end. 30" diameter tires are currently on the rims. Can I go taller or does steering effort become unmanagable ? Specific tire suggestions ?
