These trucks were bad about rusting in the panel just under the door. I replaced the panel twice on a '70 that i had once. The windshield tended to hold water going down the highway in the rain and it would come over the gasket after a while. Right into my lap. It looked like I had an incontenence problem at times.
Other than those two problems, I didn't have much trouble out of mine. It was a 2wd with 318 and three on the tree. The shift collar did break once but I really ran the heck out of that truck. Mine was that industrial turquois green that Dodge had for a long time for contractors.
