Well, depending on how much room you have....
The ideal solution would be to start it and warm it up, then block the pedal down to the floor, stick it in second gear, start it up again and just drive at a medium pace over uneven ground till it jars free - normally comes free within a mile depending on how well stuck it is, sometimes a little longer if you had run it through water and switched it off wet, allowing rust to glue it to the flywheel.
