the difference in bottom pulley holes is one is a cast crank and one is a steel crank pulley, you can elongate the hole as X71PW mentioned, or just leave that bolt out. The pulleys between the 360/318 are the same, the depth is the same between cast/steel crank balancer as well. If you are using crank and w/p pulleys off different engines you may encounter trouble with interference as there are different diameters, they really need to be off the same engine to insure correct diameters and alignment. Some of the heavy duty cooling optioned engines had a smaller w/p pulley, and the high rpm engines got a larger one (to help eliminate cavitation).
