The article is in the Nov 98 isue of Peterson Four Wheel Drive Magazine. I rode in the 1/2 ton command car with the scout/nissan diesel. The others were a shortened WM PowerWagon and a M-37.
The M-37 had lockers and went were most jeeps could not, except for the narrrow sluice boxes. I would leave my jeep at home just to ride in the WC and now have my own M-37, sold the jeep.
