Remove retaining screws and loosen drum with 3/8" cap screws

If it is frozen, you should spray the three slotted head retaining screws liberally with penetrating oil. PB Blaster works well. Then use an impact wrench (I use a hand held one and hit it with a small sledge). You may have to use heat. After you get the three screws out, you need to drive in three 3/8" cap screws in the other visible holes. These work against the hub to removw the drum. You may need to adjust the cams at the heel of each shoe to release the brakes. You may also need to pry the drum from behind or strike it with a piece of hardwood. Keep trying, you'll get it off!
