It reads, "TH 9-808 War Department Technical Manual" Reproduced by Portrayal Press. Sticker price is $39 and I have it offered at $25 which INCLUDES S&H to domestic U.S. Condition:inside B+, some pages coming out of binding. Cover "C". Can't go wrong for total price of $25
