The pressure goes down as the water goes through the nozzle. It's the velocity that goes up. At the end of the nozzle, where the velocity is at its maximum, the pressure is zero. If you somehow put a number of pressure gages along the length of the nozzle at various points, you'd see the pressure get lower continuously as you get closer to the end of the nozzle.
