I visited the French forum that Chuck provided a link to below. I then used Google to translate the site from French to English per John in NH. Some interesting stuff there to be read. Then, I found this picture of the 6.50 wheel with wide split rim and the posts where they start talking about Power-Wagon wheels. The post from “WM300” on the subject is an interesting read.

So there you have it. I could not have said it better myself. ;^)
