Don't do it - you'll be a Binderholic for the rest of your life (says a man with approximately 8 Binders at the moment).
I like my IHC's as much as my Power Wagons. You can't go wrong with that Scout II at that price. Good sheet metal is hard to find, running gear is easy to get still at very reasonable prices.
