The Mrs lost out years ago with me. She does bring it up from time to time especailly when the weather is bad. I have not see her bring it up since I put pavers down on the driveway. That is a lot better than the gravel we had before and she does not have the low spot that was right where she parks.
The hard spots to get are right above the windows in the area with the neat little roll in the sheet metal. You can not get to the back side and knock those out. You do not want to drill and use a slide hammer. If I was doing mine now I would get one of those welders that puts the studs on and then pull on those. I have used one since I did my carryall. you can do a really good and detaild job with one of those. The area will look like a porkupine when your doing it. Just put a lot of studs on and pull very gently.
