I will go along with Keith on this one. We had a 230 that was running fine when it suddenly quit as we were driving down the road. After checking the obvious I said it had to be the timing chain had jumped. I was assured that 230 chains down jump but after the teardown it HAD jumped 7 teeth. After a new chain was installed it ran like a champ again.
