If it is a 1956 C-3, then it has the following items:

230ci T137 stamped engine. Hopefully you have the original there, as the numbers do break down to an approximate year. On the other hand Marty sold a very nice truck with a 230ci Industrial motor in it for good money, so most people most likely don't care as long as it is a 230ci FH6.

3rd series bed, basically the same from 1956 to 1968, with some minor changes, like the reverse lights added in later years, and the fact that the early beds had two holes with weld nuts on each side for mounting the tail light brackets, and later trucks just had one.

You cab is basically the same as a 1951-1965 (I think) cab. The later cabs starting in 1966 or 1967 got different strikers, which would be hard to change.

Your truck is the last of the trucks that got a starter pedal, 1957 and later trucks got a key start ignition which would require some modification of the dash as the ignition switches are different sizes.

The front fenders are the same from 1946-68.

The rear fenders are the same from 1951-68, but they are very hard to find (read expensive).

The running boards are the same from 1946-68.

The doors are the same from 1946-66 or so, but the change on the later doors is easier to put back to your style cab as all you have to do is remove a alignment pin, and fill a hole.

There is an issue with the window regulators, early (1946 and some 1947) trucks have different regulators, and window channels, but this may not matter.

What else do you need?

Eric
