Kevin Ball in Alberta went to have a close look at that truck & says it's way better than the pictures indicate. Apparently there's virtually no rust on that truck...just body damage.
That said, it would be cheaper to buy a good cab, good front fenders & repair your hard to get, expensive parts like rear fenders etc.
It all depends on how good you are at bodywork.
If you have to pay someone...look for a good body.
I place zero value on the cab & fenders being original to the truck. In the end, you can't tell they've been swapped. Some here feel differently. I think no more about changing a cab than I do changing a set of original tires & you'll get more value out of the truck having a perfect cab than having the original cab full of bondo...know what I mean?
