Nice score...you can't go wrong for $5K.
A truck in that condition with no swivel would sell for $3000 & the 2 swivel cross members & joint sold here 5 years ago for $2500 by itself within 5 minutes so you did well.
The Swivel frames are rare but there seem to be considerably more here in Canada since most were built here.
I would say yours was the 202nd built by Willock....& those weren't all likely PW's since many Ford & IH had the same joint installed.
I know of 3 in the Vancouver area & I'm told that many of the logging companies not only owned them but actually often welded up the swivel mechanism...so all you PW owners might want to have a look underneath to be sure you don't already have one :)
Hard to say what a restored Swivel Frame would sell for but I could easily see $40K if you put $50K into the restoration
